Launched in November 2024, the Theatre Safety club is a bespoke, CPD-accredited educational event aimed at healthcare professionals working in theatre such as Theatre Nurses, Surgeons, ICU teams, Scrub Nurses, ODPs, Recovery Nurses, Anaesthetists, Theatre Managers, Bed Managers, etc.

It is designed to educate, discuss, and provide insight on best practice and safety in the operating theatre that can be taken back to improve patient safety and HCP safety.

"Last week I had the opportunity to attend the Theatre Safety Club event in London. I just wanted to share my gratitude for putting on such a well organised and engaging event. It was inspiration to see a panel of ODPs and RN's who have excelled in their roles and made a real difference to the bigger picture.

Ian's attention and engagement in the different seminars was something that I noted, it is often that those leading will disengage during the individual teaching sessions and return at the end. It was motivational and interesting to hear questions/takes on different topics.
